Speaking to Rolling Stone, the real Casablancas describes the album as such: "I don't wanna go overboard, but I'm pretty excited. It's like a seedless watermelon-- I like it."
Fortunately, that's not all the news, because Casablancas' taste in fruit does not a news item make. Some song titles have come to light, including "Razor Blade", "Vision of Division", and "Ask Me Anything". Apparently, Julian's voice takes charge on this album, with lyrics such as "My feelings are more important than yours" on "Razor Blade". One track features nothing but his vocals and a Mellotron, operated by Nick Valensi in an apparent bid to become the group's Jonny Greenwood (surely his Bodysong is just an Ondes-Martenot away).
